DKLAW was established in 2016 when solicitors Paulina Jachna (formerly Drzewiecka) and Marta Kwiatkowska combined their experience from different areas of law to comprehensively advise clients. During her time in London, Paulina advised the boards of companies operating in the financial and investment industry and gained a qualification with The Chartered Governance Institute. She also worked with the corporate departments of UK companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and corporate service providers such as Capita Asset Services and Throgmorton. Marta, on the other hand, learned the ins and outs of GDPR during her postgraduate studies in data protection, while also providing audit and implementation services in this area.

Now, along with the rest of the team, Paulina and Marta share their knowledge and experience to support companies like yours. Because of our law firm's history, we specialise in corporate law, UK law, new tech and in the investment industry. We focus on modern management and clear communication.
